CONTROL MEASURES
- A DTI representative shall be invited to witness and check the computer system to be used for drawing winners.
- A DTI representative shall be present during the raffle draw as stated in item 11.
- Details of qualified entries will be encoded through an electronic raffle. The number of raffle entries will depend on the unit they purchased as listed in Annex A.
- A copy of qualified entries shall be saved using a flash drive and shall be given to the DTI representative sealed and signed in an envelope for safekeeping of Philips Evnia Monitor Philippines and Vespa Philippines Motoitalia and for verification of DTI at any given moment.
- The list of winners with their corresponding prizes shall be given to the DTI representative after the electronic raffle draw.
- Announcements of winners will be posted on the official social media accounts of Philips Evnia Monitor Philippines and Vespa Philippines Motoitalia.
