1. DTI Representative Oversight

• A representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) shall be invited to witness and verify the computer system to be utilized for the electronic raffle draw.

2. Presence During Raffle Draw 

• The DTI representative shall be present during the raffle draw, as outlined in item 10 of the procedural guidelines. 

3. Encoding of Qualified Entries 

• Details of all qualified entries will be encoded into the electronic raffle system.
• The number of raffle entries assigned to each participant will depend on the unit purchased, as detailed in Annex A.

4. Safekeeping of Qualified Entries

• A copy of the qualified entries shall be stored on a flash drive.
• This flash drive will be handed over to the DTI representative in a sealed and signed envelope.
• The envelope will be safeguarded by PHILIPS Monitor for future verification by DTI when necessary.

5. Recording of Winners and Prizes 

• A record of the winners, along with their corresponding prizes, shall be provided to the DTI representative immediately after the completion of the electronic raffle draw.

6. Announcement of Winners

• The names of the winners will be announced and published on the official social media platforms of PHILIPS Monitor Philippines, including its Facebook pages.
