ANNEX B: LIST OF PCWORX FLAGSHIP STORES AND BRANCHES
CONTROL MEASURES
- A DTI representative shall be invited to witness and check the computer system to be used for drawing winner.
- A DTI representative shall be present during the raffle draw as stated in item 16.
- Details of qualified entries will be encoded through an electronic raffle. The number of raffle entries will depend on the unit they purchased as listed in Annex A.
- A copy of qualified entries shall be saved using a flash drive and shall be given to the DTI representative sealed and signed in an envelope for safekeeping of PHILIPS Monitor for verification of DTI at any given moment.
- The name of the winner with the corresponding prize shall be given to the DTI representative after the electronic raffle draw.
- Announcement of winner will be posted on the official social media accounts of PHILIPS Monitor Philippines and PCWORX Facebook pages.
